Our training academy offers the following courses:

NVQ Level 3 - Hairdressing

These are fast track programmes intended for those needing confidence on the salon floor, getting junior stylist up to speed to be able to contribute to a busy salon environment and refresh the skills of those who already have good salon experience.

Candidates selected by test and interview.

NVQ4 Level 4 - Salon Business 

Ideally suited to those thinking of opening their own salons and those wishing to improve their business. Delivered by working stylists with over 20 years experience in the industry. This course includes business planning, marketing, photoshoot work.

NVQ Level 4 - Salon Business Plus

This programme is designed for invited salon business professionals only and is part of the mandatory XL Licence programme for those wishing to establish a new salon business. If you think this could be for you, please post your contact details here in confidence and we will contact you to arrange an initial discussion.

Licence to XL - A chance to open your own salon business

Would you like to set up your own hairdressing business but feel that you don't have the necessary business skills to do so? We are looking for suitable new salon owners to operate their business under the XL standard and trading name.
